1 Isolate yourself from news about the virus. (Everything we would like to understand , we already know).

2. Don’t lookout for the death tollit isn’t a cricket  match to know  the newest score,please avoid that.

3.Don’t search for additional information on the webit might weaken your psychological state.

4. Avoid sending fatalistic messages. Some people do not have an equivalent mental strength as you (Instead of helping, you’ll activate pathologies like depression).

5. If possible, hear music  at a pleasing volume and search for board games to entertain children like carrom ,ludo , tell stories and future plans.

6. Maintain discipline within the home  by washing your hands, putting up a symbol or alarm for everybody within the house.

7.Dont connect with negetive people beacuse your positive mood will help protect your system, while negative thoughts are shown to depress your system and make it weak against viruses.

 Friends i am trying to followings what i have written and firmly believe that this shall also pass  and we all are going to be safe
